Vacation Rental Refresh

New to Southwest Florida investors purchased an investment property in Cape Coral and the home needed a refresh. Carpet was removed from the bedroom replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The baseboards were updated along with a fresh coat of paint . The before and after pictures show how some simple updates can make spaces you can love.

Wall Repair, Flooring & Trim

The Handy Gay Property Services was called in to repair the holes left behind from a whole house re-pipe and the customer commented on how clean the work process was along with the end of day cleanup that left them still being able to enjoy the space. A few months later, we were called back to install new laminate flooring in the main living areas along with replacing the baseboards. The client loved our work so much, we are going back to replace the rest of the baseboards in the house!

Yacht Flooring

This slightly loved vessel still had carpet in the main state room along with mismatched flooring the the v-birth and galley. We were able to remove the unsightly flooring and replace it with high quality luxury vinyl plank - waterproof and durable - perfect for your yacht!
